TeenFEMM

A two-part series.


Fertility education for teen girls.

Mothers are strongly encouraged to attend with their daughters.


In the first class, we will learn:

  • basic female anatomy and physiology.
  • the role of hormones in a healthy body.
  • what a healthy cycle looks like and what is normal for your age.
  • to recognize and chart hormonal biomarkers.
  • the changes of puberty.


In the second class, we will learn:

  • the basics of male reproductive anatomy & physiology.
  • how a new life is created as it relates to sperm and an egg.
  • (does not include information the physical union)
  • about hormones and attraction.
  • how hormones impact emotions and how to handle these new feelings.
  • how healthy habits can impact development in puberty.
  • how a healthy lifestyle supports hormones & development.


In this session, we will be skipping the TeenFEMM slides on STIs.



This is a private class and is by invitation only. Girls must be in high school or older to attend due to the discussions that may arise. This course can be modified for younger teens. Please let me know if you would like to schedule.

When you register, you will be enrolled in the series.

Costs: $45 per family

Seating is limited.

Registration closes 24 hours prior to the first class.
